Making A Purchase:
Browse our shop page, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc… with further payment gateways planned for development. We do not charge for any item until it has been shipped to your delivery address. Any item that is out of stock will not be charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information securely on our SSL encrypted internet site, or via phone or mail. Orders for delivery outside of the United Kingdom will not be accepted without prior agreement.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order, and does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. The prices quoted on our website are given on the assumption that no variation in the price will be made by the manufacturer/sole importer and that Government levies remain unaltered. In the event of any such changes, the customer will be contacted by us and consent for any price increase obtained prior to shipment.
Parts pictured or described within the website are for illustration purposes only and may vary in size, specification, colour, make and fitment. Manufacturers also reserve the right to amend specifications, without notice, in order to improve products or where amendment becomes necessary.
All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. For all applicable items VAT is charged at 20%.
It is a condition of purchase that Pineapple Racing will not accept any liability for accidents or injuries arising from racing, driving or use of any goods purchased from the company.
Pineapple Racing will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused either directly or indirectly by any goods we supply or by any act or omission in connection therewith.
Please note the prices listed on this site are valid for online and telephone orders only. Shipping And Handling Delivery on all orders to mainland UK is free of charge, with the exception of all kart chassis.
Shipping and Handling:
Orders over £60+vat will automatically be sent by courier at no additional charge (to UK mainland addresses). We offer optional next working day delivery on orders under £60+vat, this can be selected during the checkout process. (Please note, for next working day delivery, orders must be received before 2.00pm, ie; an order on a Thursday received after 2pm will be delivered on Monday. Bank holidays and weekends are not a working day.) Delivery will only be next day if the address is mainland UK. Any other UK address’ including Scottish Highlands will be 2 days.
Any order being delivered to Scottish Highlands under £60 that needs to be sent by courier ( ie. weighs over 1kg or contains aerosols), will be subject to a surcharge of £10.
A minimum courier delivery charge of £20.00 will be made for parcels weighing over 1kg or containing aerosols, for delivery to UK addresses outside of the UK mainland e.g. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey etc. This will be calculated after order placement.
Whilst Pineapple Racing makes every effort to ensure that goods are despatched in accordance with our delivery schedule, we will not accept liability for any delay in despatch or delivery of your order.
A signature will be required on delivery of your order. Alternatively you may instruct us to leave your package with a neighbour or in a safe place. If you choose this option Pineapple Racing can take no responsibility for the package in the event of loss or damage once it has been delivered by our courier.
Orders received Monday – Thursday before 2.00pm, and Fridays before 11.30am, will be dispatched on the same day subject to stock availability. Please note, we do not offer next day delivery on orders received after 2.00pm. Saturday delivery is available at an extra charge, please contact us for details.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will not be charged for any items backordered until they are shipped to your delivery address.
For all applicable items VAT is charged at 20%. This includes deliveries to the Channel Islands.
Credit Card Security:
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Any goods will be warranted as per their manufacturers’ terms & conditions. In the case of no Terms & Conditions being provided by the manufacturer, then no warranty will be given unless the goods were faulty upon delivery to the customer.

Pineapple Racing are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best service possible. Pineapple Racing do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We will send you emails concerning new karting products and karting rule changes. You can unsubscribe from this email at any time.

You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 14 days of the date of order, this notice may be given by e-mail, telephone or post at our business address as displayed in our contact us box. On cancellation, for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost within 28 days, unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty. In which case we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier. We cannot accept returns on any items which have been specifically ordered or manufactured to your specification. A 15% handling charge will be levied for returns of goods which were supplied as per your order. The cost of the return of goods shall be at your cost, and upon receipt of the returned goods to our business address, the calculated refund less the handling charge will be issued to the originating credit card holder.
